Job description

This is a Dutch Speaking Role. We will only consider candidates with a Near-Native Level of Dutch for this role.

We’re CrowdBuilding – and we’re on a mission to shake up the housing system. We need someone like you to help us tell that story online.

You’re chronically online – in the best way. You know what’s trending (and what’s tired), with a knack for video and content. Our social media channels are basically untapped and we are looking for someone to create and execute a strategy to engage with our community and scale it up significantly in the coming months (or years...).

You’ll work closely with our Content Marketing Manager, Laura; to create impactful, original content across channels – from shooting and editing videos to writing sharp captions and spotting moments worth sharing.

We’re especially looking for someone who:

  • Knows what makes great content

  • Has a good eye for video and design

  • A creative communicator who gets excited by big ideas

  • Someone with a strong sense of tone and timing

  • Curious about community, cities, design, and social change

  • Self-organising and happy juggling multiple threads

  • Not afraid to experiment, ask questions, or challenge

  • Isn’t scared of holding a phone and getting the shot

What you can expect to learn:

  • The ins and outs of impactful storytelling

  • Working with brand guidelines

  • How to build and manage a content calendar

  • What to track when it comes to performance and reach

  • How to link content to bigger marketing and community goals

  • How we work across a startup team with multiple audiences and partners

Our offer:

  • Steward-owned company

  • Work with a diverse, purpose-driven team

  • Free lunch, snacks, drinks and team events

  • Commuting allowance

  • Opportunity to significantly impact the housing sector and contribute to a socially meaningful mission

We require that you are registered in a European education program and are available for 32-40 hours per week (we’re very flexible with your schedule), with a start in September (could be earlier if eager).
