Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on the housing crisis in the Netherlands, identifying trends, challenges, and solutions.
  • Explore the collective building movement, focusing on key stakeholders, successful projects, and best practices.
  • Analyse data to generate actionable insights that inform CrowdBuilding's strategies and projects.
  • Stay current with housing policies, urban development, and collective building innovations.
  • Collaborate with external researchers, industry experts, and academic institutions to enhance CrowdBuilding's knowledge base.

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and curate high-quality content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other platforms.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns that promote our projects and engage our community.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to refine our communication strategies.
  • Support the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and other community engagement activities.
  • Facilitate onboarding calls with professionals, guiding them through joining our platform and assisting users in setting up their CrowdBuilding pages.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information about initiatives and professionals.
  • Regularly update the CrowdBuilding platform with new locations and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong understanding of the housing crisis in the Netherlands and familiarity with collective building concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and relevant software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • An interest in sustainable development, community building, and innovative housing solutions is highly desirable.
